The staff were hospitable and amicable, gave us great tips. The hotel was in a magnificent location close to the nearby beaches and shopping, the beautiful shoreline and Florida.

Belleair Beach Resort Motel exceeded expectations with a beachfront location, comfy beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. Some minor cosmetic issues and fluctuating hot water were easily overlooked in exchange for a serene stay by the ocean. A gem for those seeking a peaceful beach retreat.

The room was large with kitchenettes, and I slept very well. TV set, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator in the room were useful. The location was nice and perfect for Clearwater Beach, near the Gulf beach, restaurants or shops and the beautiful shoreline.

Wanted to explore Clearwater Beach and this hotel was reasonable base for doing it. I enjoyed the room, the bed was nice. Really enjoyed a tub in my private bathroom. The location of the property was convenient, in a beautiful setting. Moreover, it was really close to restaurants and shops and more or a residential area than the packed tourist mobs.
The hotel staff was very unpleasant.

The oysters at the nearby restaurants were divine, leaving my taste buds dancing with joy. The local dining scene offered a plethora of culinary gems to explore, making every meal an epic tale. The beachfront location and spacious room added to the overall charm of the stay.
The room air conditioner was a bit of a drama queen, sounding like a Mack truck revving up. Some maintenance issues like rusted paint and a stubborn sliding door gave off a retro motel vibe, but hey, it still had its charm.

I loved the room with kitchenettes. That hotel was in an absolutely perfect location, on the beautiful shoreline of Bellair.

The private beach and fishing experience at this motel was like finding a treasure chest in the sea of holiday destinations. Just like a modern-day pirate, I relished the sun and sand, caught some "fishy" stories, and marveled at the natural beauty nearby.
Charcoal grills, bathroom grout.

Loved every detail about our great 2 nights stay here. The hotel was fairly clean with outstandingly accommodating and superbly friendly staff. The property was located in the middle of the city. The airport was approx 33 minutes' drive away.

A recent stay left me pleasantly surprised! The property's location near popular attractions made exploring a breeze. I felt at ease with the amenities provided, especially the free WiFi—a must for staying connected. The convenience of on-site laundry facilities was a practical touch. I enjoyed the sea view from certain rooms, adding a special touch to my solo getaway. a memorable experience. Plus, the nearby airports made travelling a cinch for this seasoned solo adventurer from Dublin. Cheers to more adventures!

We were in a marvellous and incredible location not too far from Sand Key. Btw, the airport was 20 km away.

We were just a short distance away from Captain Memo's Pirate Cruise, where we sailed the high seas for some swashbuckling adventure. Plus, the parasailing and surfing nearby added a thrilling edge to our beach escapades.
We wish there were more lively evening activities onsite for young party-goers like us.

Our favourite, small hotel in Belleair Beach with helpful and welcoming staff.
